Coconut milk is excellent to boost your metabolism and aid weight loss. What’s more the blueberries and strawberries added to this pudding are rich in antioxidants and will help boost your immunity. This is a vegan dish and is raw so even if you don’t have culinary skills you can quickly make it. All you need to do is just pour these puddings into cups a day before, and your dessert is done. If you are a vegan, you may also want to try this yummy raw carrot halwa with coconut milk.

Ingredients
2 cups coconut milk 2 cups fresh blueberries ½ cup black sabja (chia) seeds 9 large strawberries (remove the stems and cut it into thin slices) 8 sprigs of fresh thymeMethod:
Add coconut milk and chia seeds in a large bowl and whisk it well. Then pour an even amount of the mixture in eight cups. Leave the cups overnight in a refrigerator for the mixture to settle. Garnish the pudding with blueberries, slices of strawberry and a sprig of thyme.Serve chilled.
