Speaking about their diet, Nawazzuddin says, “I am a foodie, so dieting is a little difficult for me. I usually eat everything, but in moderation.” Amy says, “I believe in eating everything, but also working out double hard if I get greedy with food.” Both the actors spoke about the importance of breathing right. “Many times, we forget to breathe right and breathe from the right places. When stressed or tired, I take a few deep breaths from my stomach, which calms me down,” Amy said. “Pranayam helps me calm down and recharge,” says Nawazuddin. Speaking about stress, which is a common problem with most millennials, here’s what the actors said: Amy says, “When stressed, I like to be alone in a peaceful place, where I take a few deep breaths and focus my energies.” Nawazuddin, on the other hand, likes to take deep breaths to calm down.

Amy’s fitness message to her fans is to eat clean and healthy, as what you put in your body shows on your face. “Eat what you like, but eat in moderation. Be active to burn off the excess calories,” said Amy. Nawazuddin said, “Do not exert your body unnecessarily. Engage in a physical exercise that you are comfortable with. It is important to be physically active to be healthy.”
