2 slices of wholegrain bread 2 egg whites 1 cup strawberries or fruits of your choice 1 pinch of salt A pinch of cinnamon Cooking oil spray Honey

Steps

Lightly whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt and cinnamon. Heat a pan and lightly grease it with cooking oil spray. Dip the bread in the egg mix and cook in the pan. Flip it over once it browns. When done, serve with drizzled honey and fruits.
