Fitness plan day 231 – Go for a walk with your pet
Begin your mornings with a refreshing walk with your pet to feel energetic all day.

Morning – Dogs are a man’s best friend. Besides other things, they can help you achieve your fitness goals too. After your early morning cuddle with your pet, go for a run or walk with them. It’s one of the best exercises as it makes you super happy too. Here’s how exercising with your dog helps you lose weight.

Breakfast – Start your day with a healthy soya dosa. This helps you keep your sugar level in control and is also an excellent source of Vitamin B12 and proteins. You can have it with piping hot sambar and glass of milk or your favourite accompaniments to leave home happy and full.
