Here are some healthy recipes to help you stay on track with your fitness goals

Breakfast: It is important that you eat something that is rich in proteins with the right amount of carbohydrates and fats in it to keep you full for a longer time. Try this egg stuffed parathawhich is healthy and saves you from mid-morning binge eating.

Lunch: Whether you choose to have rice or rotis for your lunch try it with this spicy and healthy methi sprout curry. This might become your next best side dish for days together.
