Want to indulge your sweet tooth? Grab a fruit or replace your sugar with dates and other natural substitutes.
Morning – There is nothing more beneficial than stretching early morning.Read about why you should exercise in the morning. If you are not up for heavy duty cardio, all you need to do is spend some time doing these early morning stretching exercises. They will keep you energetic all day.
Breakfast – Nutritionist Dhvani Shah recommends this delicious Moroccan sandwichfor breakfast–an item that is made of aubergines and tastes good too? You can use butter if you are making it for kids but skip it if you are making it for yourself.
Lunch – For a fancy weekday meal, try this shrimp and brown rice poha pulaoby Chef Ranveer Brar. Shrimps help prevent anaemia but in case you suffer from any food allergy, avoid it in the recipe. You can replace it with some veggies.

Exercises
At home – You started your day with home exercises so that covers it. If you are going to the gym in the evening, you can warm up by jogging till the gym or brisk walking.
Yoga – If you think you may not have enough time today for gym and yoga, try and do yoga in office. One of the easy yoga poses that can be performed at your workplace is the Janu naman or the knee pose. It helps build muscle throughout your body.
At the gym – Your trainer has certainly taught you how to use the Smith machineat the gym. So practice some bent over rows, squats, curls using heavy weights on this machine today.
Sleep well tip – Dimming the lights of your room 10-15 minutes before you go to bed will prepare you for a soothing sleep. You won’t have to count sheep tonight.
