Practise brahma mudra to improve your concentration
This yoga mudra will boost your energy levels and make you more productive at work.
How to perform?
To do this mudra, all you have to do is curl both your hands into a fist. Remember to wrap your fingers into your thumb. Place your hands with the palms facing upwards on your legs while in padmasana.If you find it difficult to sit in padmasana, you can sit in sukhasana. Now press the knuckles of both the hands together. While pressing gently, put your hands in the centre of your abdomen just above your pubic bone. Breathe for a few minutes while in the mudra and observe the flow of energy into your body.
Another reason to love this mudra is that you can do it anytime, anywhere and you don’t need a yoga mat or other props. Start your morning with the brahma mudra and repeat it daily for 40 days. Practising this mudra in the morning will help you find a deep sense of peace and serenity. This mudra is best done during meditation as it helps you attain a higher meditative state. Word of caution:
