Weight Loss Tip #158– Head to a bootcamp training
The bootcamp training mixes strength training and cardio bursts to burn many calories in a short time.

Exercises for weight loss

Squats, pushups, jumping jacks, burpees, crunchesand lungesare some of the best boot camp exercises. These exercises target multiple muscle groups, unlike isolation exercises. A basic bootcamp training also involves dragging bags of sand across the field, sprinting rather than running on a field. The varied forms of activities in a bootcamp provide you with an interval training workout.

Losing the last few inches

As you lose weight, it is likely that you will hit a plateau doing the same camp activities. To lose that last few inches, add challenges to your boot camp regimen. Add more cardiovascular activities and lengthen your speed intervals. Add more weight if you are doing strength training exercises. Run and jug uphill instead of running in a plain area. However, it is important to understand your body limits and don’t try to stress too much. It is common among many to get carried away and exercise too hard. Avoid it to prevent any injury.

Just one to two months of proper boot camp training can be equal to six to eight months of an average day-to-day training. The exercises speed up your metabolism and promote your cardiovascular health. Besides, boot camp can give an incredible amount of boost to your confidence. Did you know practising martial arts can also help you lose weight?
