Make your day happier by being grateful for what you have.

Morning – Positivity and happiness add years to your life. It keeps you healthy. So begin your day on positive note thinking about all the good things you have in life and all the wonderful experiences you had. Be thankful that you are more privileged and blessed than so many people around the world. These are the health benefits of being grateful.

Breakfast – On a happy note, treat yourself to a café style, sweet and delectable breakfast. Make whole wheat pancakesfor everyone and see the smiles on everyone’s faces. These are eggless and can be enjoyed with a hearty serving of fruit and a drizzle of honey. Kids can enjoy it with some chocolate sauce and you can melt some bitter dark chocolate and add a spoonful of it.

Lunch – Balance out the lunch with something light and delicious. This bell pepper and paneer sabzilooks and tastes so good that it reminds you of dining in a restaurant. Enjoy it with a bowl of dal, some green salad and hot phulkas.
